The allaudiopro.ro website aims to present Bose brand products, professional range. The characteristics of these products are presented, as they are given by the manufacturer.
DEFINITIONS AND TERMS
All Audio - is the trade name of S.C. DATASOFT S.R.L., legal person of Romanian nationality, having its registered office in Cârcea, Fântâna de Piatră 7 St, Dolj County, having serial number in the Trade Register J16 / 596/1998, unique fiscal registration code RO10672947.
Site - www.allaudiopro.ro domain and its subdomains.
Content
• all information on the Site that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed by using electronic equipment;
• the content of any e-mail sent to Buyers by the Seller by electronic means and / or any other available means of communication;
• any information communicated by any means by an employee of the Seller to the Buyer, according to the contact information, specified or not by him;
• information related to the Goods and / or Services and / or amounts charged by the Seller during a certain period;
• information related to the Goods and / or Services and / or amounts charged by a third party with which the Seller has concluded partnership contracts, in a certain period;
• data regarding the Seller, or other privileged data of the Seller.
Rating - a way of expressing the degree of satisfaction of a User / Customer / Buyer with a product. The rating is expressed in the form of stars, each product being able to receive a score from one star to five stars.
Any Comments will be checked and approved in advance by the Admin, in order to respect a correct and decent language. Comments, questions or answers that contain vulgar words or insults will be deleted.

Document - these Terms and Conditions.
Newsletter - means of periodic information, exclusively electronic, respectively electronic mail (e-mail, SMS) on the Goods and Services and / or promotions carried out by the Seller during a certain period, without any commitment on the part of the Seller with reference to the information contained in this.
Specifications - all specifications and / or descriptions of the Goods and Services as specified in their description.
The content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, still images, dynamic images, text and / or multimedia content presented on the Site, are the exclusive property of All Audio or its partners, reserving to them all the rights obtained for this purpose directly or indirectly (through licenses for use and / or publication).
Customer / Buyer is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and / or alter, use, link to, display, include any Content in any context other than the original intended by All Audio, include any Content in outside the Site, the removal of the signs that signify the copyright of All Audio over the Content, as well as participation in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying the Content, except with the express written consent of All Audio.
Any Content to which the Customer / Buyer has and / or obtains access by any means, is subject to the Document, if the Content is not accompanied by a specific and valid use agreement concluded between All Audio and it, and without any warranty implicitly or expressly made by All Audio with reference to that Content.
Customer / Buyer may copy, transfer and / or use Content for personal or non-commercial purposes only, provided that they do not conflict with the provisions of the Document.
If All Audio grants the Customer / Buyer the right to use in the form described in a separate user agreement, certain content, to which the Customer / Buyer has or obtains access as a result of this agreement, this right extends only to that or those contents defined in the agreement, only during its existence or these contents on the site or the period defined in the agreement, according to the defined conditions, if they exist and do not represent a contractual commitment from All Audio for that Customer / Buyer or any other third party who has / obtains access to this transferred content, by any means and who may be or is harmed in any way as a result of this content, during or after the expiration of the user agreement.
No Content transmitted to the Customer or Buyer, by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or acquired by him by accessing, visiting and / or viewing constitutes a contractual obligation on the part of All Audio and / or the employee / representative of All Audio which mediated the transfer of the Content, if any, to that Content.
Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or the accompanying use agreement, if any, is prohibited.
Warranty conditions for Bose products sold by Datasoft SRL:
In accordance with the legal provisions, the quality, execution and perfect operation in a normal operation regime of the equipment are guaranteed.
Who benefits from the guarantee:
The owner of the product, having the proving documents (invoice, guarantee certificate). The guarantee is valid only with the purchase document.
What is covered by the warranty:
Bose product purchased from one of the Authorized Resellers in Romania.
For how long is the warranty valid:
A period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
What is not covered by the warranty:
• Defects due to accidents
• Defects due to the use of the product in environments with high humidity (except for outdoor acoustic enclosures)
• Defects due to natural disasters - earthquake, floods, etc.
• Defects due to insects
• Defects due to voltage or current variations
• Defects due to connection of the devices to incorrect voltage sources
• Devices that have unauthorized modifications
• Defects due to poor packaging
• Defects due to use in combination with other products
• Products purchased from entities not authorized by Datasoft / Bose to sell these products
• Defects due to improper use of the product
• Consumable products / accessories - ex. ear cushions (cushion kit), these being products subject to wear
• The cables are not covered by the warranty, as they are subject to wear
Examples of misuse:
◦ speakers whose speakers show signs of overheating (melted insulation, broken coil) as a result of their use at a higher power than specified.
◦ the mechanical stretching of the cables having as effect the rupture of their components, the mechanical sectioning due to their crossing or fastening under bodies with excessive loads are exempted from the granting of the guarantee being considered defects of use.
Before claiming a defect / sending a product to the service, please:
- See the user manual
- Check the connection to the power supply
- If necessary, check the Wi-Fi signal in the room
- Make sure that the product is clean and that the operation is not affected by lack of maintenance by the user
If, after sending the product, the claimed defect in the service center is not confirmed, you will have to pay the cost of transport and diagnosis.
WARNING! Before being shipped, the products must be properly packaged, as follows:
The product will be packed so that the six sides are protected with polystyrene or other protective material and secured against scrapping before being placed in the outer packaging (cardboard or plastic box).
The packages must be sealed by the consignor in an intact package corresponding to the weight, shape and nature of the contents. The outer packaging (box) must be filled with polystyrene or other protective material.
The packaging must protect the contents so that it cannot be damaged by pressure or successive handling.
What to do if a service event occurs:
1. Fill in the SERVICE FORM available below
2. You will receive an email with a NIS Service Registration Number
3. Prepare the package with the defective product, the purchase document and the original warranty certificate
4. Clear the NIS Service Registration Number on the package
5. We will contact you to pick up the product on the next working day of the day on which you made the request.
6. Depending on whether or not you qualify for warranty, follow the steps in point A or point B below.
A. What we do in the event of a warranty service event:
1. We will send, at our expense, a courier company to the address indicated by you to pick up the product.
2. After receiving the product in the Service Unit, we will proceed to diagnose the defect.
3. At our choice, we will repair or replace the defective product, and you will be notified of the estimated time for repair. The maximum term for solving is 15 days from the date when the package arrived at the Service Unit.
4. We will send, at our expense, the product back to the same address from where we picked it up.
B. What we do if a service event is not covered by the warranty:
1. Depending on the range of the defective product, you can view the costs of the diagnosis in the table below. By submitting the service request, it is considered that the following rates related to service diagnosis and labor are accepted.
2. We will notify you of the shipping cost and, after obtaining your agreement, we will send a courier company to pick up the product from you. The shipping cost is borne by you.
3. We diagnose and inform you of the estimated cost of the repair and the estimated time for the repair.
4. The price of the repair consists of labor (see labor rate per hour below) and the cost of parts.
5. If you agree with the price of the repair, we will repair the product; when the repair is ready, we ship it to the address indicated by you with cash on delivery. From the total price (transport + diagnosis + repair) you will benefit from a 100% discount for diagnosis, with the mention that the minimum billable price for service operations is that of diagnosis.
6. If you do not agree with the price of the repair, we will send you the product back with a refund (cost of transport and diagnosis), accompanied by the document related to the diagnosis.
7. After the repair, we will send the package to the address you originally mentioned, in your packaging (preferably) and with the same courier.
