MINA is the first immersive space in Romania and the largest digital art center in Southeast Europe, which combines art, technology and education in a unique sensory experience. With huge projections that transform art into a visual and auditory spectacle, MINA redefines the way we perceive culture – captivating, innovative and memorable. MINA has so far opened two permanent locations, in Bucharest and Cluj, as well as the special itinerant project MINA Pop-Up, which brings immersive art closer to Romanian cities.
All these give visitors of all ages the opportunity to enjoy immersive performances and extraordinary projections on themes from various fields, combining technology with art to promote continuous learning through experimentation. To these thematic performances are added the plays and the immersive musical performances, perfect for spending free time in a new way.
Because sound plays a very important role in carrying out all the abovementioned activities, together with our partner, Stage Expert, we installed at MINA - Museum of Immersive New Art high-performance audio equipment, for the best results.
Thus, we chose a series of Bose DesignMax DM6SE speakers and Bose DesignMax DM10S-SUB basses, the products in this range offering an extraordinarily clear and powerful sound and being also easily integrated into any type of decor, thanks to their minimalist design. In addition, easy installation makes them the perfect sound solution for any type of space.
For a perfect sound quality, we chose two Bose PowerMatch PM8250N amplifiers. Equipped with QuadBridge technology, so that its power would be allocated to one or more output channels, this amplifier is easy to install and configure.
For digital sound processing, we installed a Bose ControlSpace EX-1280 processor, also easy to set up, with 64 x 64 channel Dante integration and allowing connection to other Dante-enabled products.
Added to all this is a Bose ControlSpace CC16 zone controller, powered by a Bose ControlSpace CC-PS1 universal power supply.
We are honored to get involved in such important projects together with our partners, each of these representing an opportunity to prove the importance of sound in defining a space.
