The Horezu Monastery, an important and valuable monastic settlement, represents the largest ensemble of medieval architecture preserved in Wallachia.
The Hurezi Monastery, built in 1693 by Constantin Brâncoveanu, was included in the UNESCO heritage in 1995. Among the historical monument monasteries, it is considered to be the most representative architectural complex built in the Brancovenesc style. It is located in the northern part of Vâlcea county, on the national road DN 67 Râmnicu Vâlcea – Târgu Jiu, at the foot of the Căpățănii mountains.
For the sound system of this place of worship, the design engineers from the Bose Professional division chose the successful Bose Panaray MA12EX model, generally used for spaces that represent a challenge from the point of view of the acoustic design.
